The Soapstone Fellowship is a 10-month full-time program for Deaf and hard of hearing individuals to strengthen leadership in the Deaf community and the disability sector. Fellows will gain skills in building livelihoods, collaborating with stakeholders, engaging with experts, and co-creating solutions with peers. We are calling this The Soapstone Fellowship because a soapstone is durable and can be carved easily—just the right qualities we believe anyone working in the disability sector should possess!
