BUILDING THE COLLECTIVES

The Vision for Collectives has been in plan since the initiation of Hear A Million as and independent campaign. However, forming and carrying out the work to engage more deaf audiences is part of the five-year plan. Hear A Million Collective will entail an association of partners involved in building access for the Deaf with the Mission of impacting 10 Lakhs of Deaf people by 2030.

Objectives of the collectives are as follows:

1. To promote mutual help, cooperation, and understanding among partners.

2. To strengthen existing best practices, resources, and access to the Deaf.

3. Act as a platform for the exchange of experiences and ideas.

4. To Foster new initiatives.

5. Establish linkage with the government, agencies, companies, and other allies.
