Tech Nights

The purpose of tech nights is to provide the insights and feedback from the deaf individuals and allies to the tech developers. The goal is that the deaf community leaders validate the products or services that would elevate accessibility needs of the deaf.
The word itself means “brainstorming”. It is a quarterly event where the collective members gather together and brainstorm their thoughts and feedback on various topics that are potential best practices. Become a Member!

Hear A Million ensures voices of the Deaf are heard before deciding anything for the Deaf community. With a Baseline research done in February 2021 and Midline research done in November 2022, we have been able to identify the community's needs, learn existing practices in the ecosystem, assess the impact created so far, and chalk out a roadmap.
Hear A Million has developed an intense curriculum on topics that are crucial for the deaf living empowered lives, such as knowledge on Deaf Culture/ History, and Self-Awareness/ Advocacy skills. A team of experienced Deaf trainers deliver the course.
Deaf Leadership Program (DLP) intends to charge and equip Deaf individuals with knowledge, tools & skills to bring a tremendous positive change in our contemporary society.
A one-stop online website that provides information and resources that are visual, bilingual, and fully accessible for various stakeholders in the Deaf field. Be it finding schools for Deaf children or various associations of the Deaf. This website offers a visual map for users to easily identify service providers and meet their needs. It also contains information about Deaf role models along with updates about events.
